PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
LoopShot™ is a recreational indoor golf-training product. Customers are responsible for assembling and using it according to the provided instructions.
Use the trainer only in an open area with adequate clearance from people, pets, windows, televisions, furniture, and breakable objects. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Inspect the trainer, tether, ball, mat, and support post before each use.
Stop using the product if any component becomes loose, damaged, or excessively worn. Daily Swing Co. is not responsible for injury or property damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, inadequate clearance, or failure to follow instructions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Daily Swing Co. name, LoopShot™ name, website content, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, product copy, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without written permission.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may use Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other third-party services. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
